DIRECTOR

Joining Stedek as a boy, Alex worked his way up from the factory floor. In 2014, he moved into a more managerial role, helping his dad, Managing Director Steve Page.
“I learned everything I could about sales, administration, customer service, the supply chain, and running a complex modern business in general,” says Alex,
When Steve retired in 2016, Alex and his sister Emily took the reins.

Emily joined the business in 2015, coming from a finance background, and immediately got to work streamlining operations and ensuring everything ran like clockwork.
“At Stedek, we’re committed to making the best windows we can possibly make. We’re proud to be one of Britain’s most quality-focused fabricators, and there’s nothing we love more than bringing fantastic Residence and Aluplast products to customers around the country.”

ANDY YOUNG

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Last year, we were delighted to promote hard-working Operations Manager Andy Young to the position of Operations Director.
“My job is to oversee the general day to day operation and assist and support all managers to enable them to accomplish their roles efficiently. Working at Stedek is a pleasure as the owners allow room for you to operate in your job role without feeling you are under the microscope while doing it, and we are all looking forward to helping in whatever way we can the next 30 years of Stedek.”

HOLLY BODEN

OFFICE MANAGER

Holly keeps the Stedek office running smoothly. Her primary focus is ensuring the happiness and satisfaction of both staff and customers.
“My role as an office manager includes the day to day running of the office. My number one goal and priority is making sure that our staff and customers are happy. I thoroughly enjoy working at Stedek. I get to spend every day with such an incredible bunch of people and the company has given me the chance to progress my career further and build some great relationships with our customers.”
